We are looking for a competent and committed Veterinary professional to work in the field of Training and Capacity Building for our Southern Regional Demontration and Training Centre (SRDTC), Erode.
3. Profile Summary : Candidate will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate the various training programmes, support the training related activities at training centre and provide Veterinary Technical Training on Animal Husbandry.
4. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Skill enhancement of aspiring youths on Artificial Insemination, Dairy Animal management, Animal Nutrition management and other para vet training programmes.
2. Management of livestock at training centre and demonstrations of Ethno Veterinary herbal plants and fodder plots.
3. Identification of training need of the Veterinary doctors and other P&I officers of Milk Unions/ developmental Agencies from Govt. & NGO sector.
4. Conduct /coordination/ facilitate various technical training sessions related to Scientific Bovine management for different stakeholders of Indian dairy sector.
5. Facilitate field exposure visit/ on the job training for the trainees.
6. Preparation of periodic reports/ post programme Report and other reports.
7. Development/updating of training related reference training material, power point presentations for various technical training programmes.
8. Involving in the post training assessment study/documentation of success story/ case studies in the field.
9. Maintaining training activities and facilities as per the accreditation norms of Govt. of India
10. Continuous communication/follow up with agencies to confirm the programme slots.
11. Developing new initiative pertaining to technical training programme
12. Logistic arrangement for trainees coming for training programme
13. Preparation and maintaining of training related documents (files and registers)
14. Any other task assigned time to time
5. Qualification & Experience : Post graduate in veterinary science (preferably Vet.
Gynaecology and Obstetrics) with 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates having knowledge of Tamil and other south indian languages would be preferred.

Maximum age limit as on 01 September 2020 is 30 years.
