The Government of Gujarat has launched a portal called IORA Online Jamin Mapani Portal, through which the Gujarat land records are easily obtained. Today we will provide you information about IORA (Online Jamin Mapani) portal.With the help of this portal, you will check your land record information in just a few seconds. As you know, Digital Gujarat Portal is a single desk of multiple services. So, through Digital Gujarat Portal, you may also check your land records.
In simple words, land records consist of various documents pertaining to land ownership, including sale deed—a record of the property transaction between the seller and the buyer. Other important documents in land records include record of rights, survey documents, and property tax receipts, among others.
Land survey service online in the state from now on, after completion of measurement, the measure sheet will be available at home, exemption from submission of government records.
Giving this, Minister Kaushik Patel said that earlier the applicant had to apply to the District Land Registry Inspector (DILR) for survey of lands. As well as the measurement fee had to be paid in currency to the office filled in the bank.
Now, by conducting land survey operations online on the revenue department’s IORA Online Jamin Mapani (Integrated Online Revenue Application) portal, the applicant will be able to apply for the survey online from any corner of the world.
Also the measurement fee will be calculated by the system itself and the measurement fee can be paid online. So, the applicant will be exempted from going to the office in person.
Which will save time and speed up operations. In addition, government records such as Village Sample 7 and 8 / A are obtained online. Hence, the applicant is also exempted from submitting village samples 7 and 8 / a.
According to the Minister of Revenue, the surveyor of the measurement application is done automatically by the allotment system. The applicant will be able to track the progress of the application from the IORA Online Jamin Mapani portal.
A measurement sheet will also be sent by email once the application is processed. In addition, their share measurement wise change in share measurement cases will also be noted online.
Gujarat Revenue Department is providing land records through IORA (iora.gujarat.gov.in) like Map of Bhulekh, Khasra, Khatauni number, copy of Khatauni and other facilities. You can check the land records of 225 talukas and 26 districts of Gujarat by using IORA Online Jamin Mapani Gujarat Portal. If you want to buy or sell a land in Gujarat then it is necessary that you must see the land record map.
Any citizen of the state can view the records of agricultural land from IORA Online Jamin Mapani Online Portal without any fee. Also, you can easily get information about the land owner’s name, land area, and land type, etc. With the help of this portal, you can verify the status of the Urban and Rural areas and the land sold.
The office of land registry department will have to dispose through i Mojani application. Applicant on IORA Online Jamin Mapani portal only has to apply online. In which an automatic application form will be generated. You can apply online from Gram Panchayat VCE or DLR office by going to the IORA helpdesk.
Measurement can be done in two ways (days after payment receipt)
Simple measurement (which will be disposed of in 60 days)
Urgent measurement (which will be disposed of in 30 days)
Consent sheet of area, quadrant, etc. in the measurement of shareholder’s share which has to be printed on the affidavit generated in the system and notarized and uploaded on the portal. Fees for those who do not upload will be forfeited.
The measuring fee for each application will be generated from the system on the onlineIORA Online Jamin Mapani portal. Which will have to be paid online.
Surveyor will inform the applicant by e-mail and SMS when he comes to measure In what circumstances will the measurement fee be forfeited?
1) Occupancy of time measured on site is reversed
2) The field is full of water and cannot be measured
3) There is no access road to the farm
4) In case of breach of peace / law and order during the measurement process
5) If there is a crop in the field that hinders the measuring time, e.g. If there is sugarcane, paddy and thick jagra.
6) If the applicant does not show his direct possession at the place.
After the measurement operation the applicant will receive the measurement sheet by e-mail 30 days after the applicant will be able to get the hard copy of the measurement sheet with fixed fee. If the applicant is not satisfied with the measurement, he can apply for objection within 6 months.
IORA Gujarat or Any Records of Rights Anywhere in Gujarat is a software application designed to help any citizen of Gujarat by providing information pertaining to land records. The primary objective of this online portal is to give you access (only if you are a citizen of Gujarat) to your land details, land owner’s name, and more, through 7/12 Utara—an extract of the land register or records maintained by the governments of Maharashtra and Gujarat.

This period was till 31st August and now it has been extended till 31st October 2020.Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel said that pensioners / family pensioners receiving pension in the state have to verify their annual survival.
For which pensioners have to go to the bank or treasury in person. It was submitted to the finance department on behalf of the pensioners that it was not appropriate for the elderly pensioners to go to the bank or the treasury during the Corona epidemic.
Therefore, the validity period should be extended keeping in view the two-month period. Until October, pensioners will be able to go to the Survival Verification Bank or the District Treasury or Pension Payment Offices in person. In addition, pensioners can verify their existence online on the Jeevan Pramaan Portal (www.jeevanpramaan.gov.in).
Patel said that at present more than 4.91 lakh pensioners / family pensioners are credited with a monthly pension of Rs 1400 crore through e-payment.

But considering the representations received by the pensioners as well as the prevailing situation, this important decision has been taken by the state government in the interest of the pensioners.
He added that at present, more than 2.61 lakh pensioners / family pensioners in the state are being credited with a monthly pension of Rs 1,200 crore directly through e-payment.
Thus, all the pensioners whose survival is yet to be verified have been requested by the State Government to verify their survival immediately during this extended period i.e. by 31.10.2030.

Donors will be able to join the scheme subject to government policy rules.
Solid and liquid waste management is essential for maintaining cleanliness in the village. For solid waste management, cleaning equipment like tricycle and hand cart will be provided to 14 gram panchayats of the state. 2 water treatment plants will be set up in about 50 gram panchayats for the management of such waste liquid waste for which a total provision of Rs. 31 crore will be made.
Madare Watan Yojana Smart Villages Sachem Under the Gujarat Government’s scheme, solid waste is to be collected through door-to-door collection. At present, a grant of Rs. 2 per person per month is to be given to all Gram Panchayats. Instead, a monthly grant of Rs 4 per person should be given, a provision of Rs 3 crore.

Gandhinagar, February 27: In his Budget for the fiscal 2020-21, Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Nitin Patel has allocated Rs. 200 crore (USD 28 million) towards development of smart villages by the Non-Resident Gujaratis (NRGs).
Known as “Madar-e-Watan”, the new scheme aims to attract NRGs to develop their native places as smart villages in Gujarat. The State Government would contribute an amount equal to the one spent by the NRGs.
For the financial year 2020-21, the State Government has allocated Rs. 200 crore to encourage the NRGs to launch projects.
Under the new scheme, the State Government proposes to contribute an equal share of the sum spent by an NRI for development of facilities like schools, class rooms, smart classes, anganwadis, crematorium, dispensaries, roads, water tanks ponds and toilets in Gujarat.
Non-Residents Indians (NRI) from 19 states had recently adopted 62 villages in India for their conversion into smart villages. A smart village reverses migration by providing extra earning for villagers, and better healthcare and education in villages.

NEW DELHI: Women Jan Dhan bank account holders will start getting the second installment of Rs 500 from Monday in line with the announcement made by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in March.
To help the poor tide over the COVID-19 crisis, the government had on March 26 said ex-gratia payment of Rs 500 would be credited to women Jan Dhan account holders for the next three months, starting from April.
“Instalment of Rs.500 for the month of May has been sent to the bank A/cs of PMJDY women beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Package.
“Beneficiaries are requested to follow the schedule shared below to visit banks & CSPs. Money can also be withdrawn via ATMs & BCs,” Financial Services Secretary Debasish Panda said in a tweet on Saturday.
The transfer has been staggered over a period of five days to avoid rush at the bank branches. This will help in ensuring social distancing and avoid overcrowding in banks, he said.
As per the schedule, women account holders under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) having account number with last digit as 0 and 1 will get the money in their account on May 4, while accounts ending with 2 or 3 can approach the bank on May 5.
On May 6, beneficiaries with account numbers ending with 4 or 5 can collect their money, while accounts ending with 6 or 7 may withdraw on May 8.
The last tranche would be remitted on May 11 for account numbers ending with 8 or 9, the tweet said.
In case of emergency, one can withdraw the money immediately. However, for orderly disbursal, one must follow the banks’ payment plan, it said. Beneficiaries may withdraw any day at their convenience after May 11, it added.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to use the neighbourhood ATMs with RuPay cards, Bank Mitras and customer service points (CSPs) as much as possible to avoid crowding at the branches, it said.
“Please note that there will be no charges for withdrawing money from other bank ATMs, at present, as per the government directives,” it said.
During April as many as 20.05 crore women Jan Dhan account holders received Rs 500 each in their accounts as the first installment. The total disbursement under the head was Rs 10,025 crore as on April 22.
In a bid to mitigate hardship caused by the coronavirus crisis, the government in late March announced a Rs 1.7 lakh crore stimulus package comprising free foodgrains and cooking gas to poor and cash doles to poor women and elderly.
As per the schedule, women account holders under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Women Account Holders (PMJDY) having account number with last digit as 0 and 1 will get the money in their account on May 4, while accounts ending with 2 or 3 can approach the bank on May 5.
On May 6, beneficiaries with account numbers ending with 4 or 5 can collect their money, while accounts ending with 6 or 7 may withdraw on May 8.
On May 11 for account numbers ending with 8 or 9 can collect the money.
Even if money is not withdrawn immediately, it will be safe in accounts. Beneficiaries may withdraw any day at their convenience after May 11, it added.
